Damian and his wife Jenni opened Woodland Kitchen in Neutral Bay in September 2013. They sold the restaurant in January 2020, as they wanted to pursue other
opportunities, and spend more time with their children.
Woodland specialised in cooking Australian meats and fish over a wood grill, giving the food a unique, smoky aroma.
Damian and Jenni will continue to be passionate about supporting other small family businesses, and always try their best to choose sustainable and ethical produce wherever possible. All their produce was sourced from Australia and meats are chosen from family run farms, who raise their animals ethically.
